Security Vulnerability and Incident Reporting

This form is for reporting a suspected security vulnerability in an OMET machine, software product or website.

Reports are handled by the OMET Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT), which includes machine safety: findings that could affect a safety function are treated as an immediate priority. Where a vulnerability concerns a third party component integrated into the machine, OMET coordinates remediation with the supplier.

The channel is dedicated to suspected security vulnerabilities only and is not monitored for technical support, commercial or documentation requests, or security questionnaires, for which the usual OMET contact channels apply. If an active compromise affecting machine safety is suspected, the machine should be stopped and isolated from the network, and OMET service should be contacted directly.

Reports are handled in accordance with the OMET Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure Policy
